Tampa, FL-based Carter Multifamily is focused on acquiring middle-market, conventional Class B and C garden-style, multifamily properties with a value-add component that are located in secondary and tertiary markets located throughout the United States. We are looking to deploy equity in the range of $4 million to $300 million for one-off deals as well as portfolios and our investment strategy also includes the acquisition of value-add student housing properties in the same markets. Our 2018 acquisition goal is $600 million to $1 billion. With multiple funding sources, both private and public, in place and a per team member average of 28 years of industry expertise in acquisitions, due diligence, construction, operations and management; we are well positioned to move quickly and efficiently from LOI to close.
