Director Data Engineer @Nationwide
Leading a team of highly skilled data engineers to solve the hardest data problems at Nationwide. The team is tasked with making the reference architecture real and ensuring it\'s easy to onboard new solutions and capabilities. We will work with product teams to implement their solutions while also building out the accelerators, standards and best practices to make sure we have Enterprise Solutions. We will be building out DataOps capabilities that can be shared across Nationwide that allow teams to focus on business enablement and not reinventing the wheel. I\'m so excited to have the opportunity to lead this team and leverage my knowledge of data engineering and DevOps that I learned from amazing engineers. This position also gives me the opportunity to continue to grow the next generation of architects as we are positioned within the Enterprise Data Architecture team.
