Over the past two years, this initiative has impacted more than 250 participants, fostering talent development, enhancing professional growth, and strengthening our internal leadership pipeline.True leadership is demonstrated by developing leaders who, in turn, cultivate and inspire others. I co-created and implemented a dynamic, three-tiered leadership development program tailored for junior, mid-level, and senior leaders to perpetuate this growth cycle.
