   As the Program Logistics Manager, provide subject matter expertise for the Tethered Aerostat Radar System (TARS) program across eight sites along the Southwestern United States border and Puerto Rico.Responsible for program support of mission essential projects to include Tactical Maritime Laboratory (TML) Future TARS Project, and the Spectrum Efficient National Surveillance Radar (SENSR) Program. Report status of active projects to the TARS Program Director, using Customs and Border Protection’s Situational Reporting (SITREP) tool. Monitor and track Quality Surveillance Flight Hours (QSFH) for Aerostat fleet, using performance-based indicators to monitor radar performance. Responsible for managing Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE), Operation and Maintenance materials contract and acquisition budget totaling 40 million dollars. Assists Contracting Officer Representative (COR) in reviewing and validating support contractor invoices for personnel, material purchases, and services rendered on contract.
