Assigned as the Captain of Operations (Site Lead). Responsibilities of this position include the overall supervision of Security Guards and Squad Supervisors who are assigned to the United States Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May. The Hiring of Security officers, Scheduling Security Officers to meet the 24-hour 7 day a week manpower requirements for the Base, approving Payroll, Maintain Training records, Issuing SOP’s, Fleet Maintenance of assigned Security Vehicles, and Conducting Internal Investigations. Additional responsibilities are acting as a liaison between the United States Guard TRACEN Cape May and Alutiiq Advanced Security Solutions.
