I didn’t start at the top.I started sweeping floors in a manufacturing plant.Over the last 25+ years, I worked my way up—through every level of the food and manufacturing industry—ultimately earning executive leadership roles, leading high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple organizations.Along the way, I discovered something deeper: titles aren’t the goal—people are.My passion has always been about more than hitting targets. It’s about developing people, building aligned teams, and creating systems that work as hard as the people running them.
