Learning and Development Specialist @Metra Commuter Rail

Reporting directly to the Department Head, Operations Training, the Learning & Development Specialist will design and develop technical training programs tailored to the unique needs of Metra\'s Operations workforce. Develop entry-level and advanced-level courses that increase job knowledge, develop skills and influence behavior. Work with collaborative teams to develop, review and revise training solutions that ensure effectiveness. Determine course needs and appropriate delivery methods. Evaluate and enhance the quality of training programs. Perform other duties that support the training of Metra’s Operations workforce.
