ABOUT RAY BARGER

I have experience in all phases of construction i.e. residential (including apartments and multi-family housing), commercial (including retail and restaurants), and (hospitals, hotels, assisted living, big box), and industrial with over 40 years of experience. I have extensive knoweldge of each trade and every trade to include hands on experience. I work well with clients and business owners, I have performed alot of design build (auto cad) changes in the field. And work close with engineers and both design and MEP architects. When working with a residential scattered site home builder in early I handled all the project management work including, surveying the layout of the customer homes, all pre con and post construction meetings to also include the closing documents. I can handle ground up or remodel work up to 100m and have managed as many as 150 personnel.I assisted one construction company business owner in starting his business in Southern Indiana with a Starbucks Restaurant account. with his financials and my previous Starbucks building experience We received several notable commendations from Starbucks with regards to our work. The first ground up Starbucks built after securing the account, was completed in just 53 day from start to finish. Fastest time from start to finish to date.Specialties: Completed a waste water treatment plant in Hampton Roads, Va. in the 1990\'s. I have big box experience building Tractor Supply, kroger and walmart stores. I have extensive underground utility work experience. In the 1980\'s completed a large scale hospital renovation and addition. I have remodeled Airports, city government buildings and military barracks. I have a clearance with the military. I have a degree in civil engineering.I am also a retired naval reserve veteran with 32 years of honorable active duty and reserve service.
