I am a senior director for the firm\'s litigation practice areas. With a solid understanding of law firm administration, I collaborate C-suite leadership, practice leaders, and and stakeholders to execute and deliver against the firm\'s strategic plan, help drive revenue, and improve operations and performance. I have over 25 years of combined business leadership and legal experience in professional service industries, including nearly 15 years in operations and practice management. I draw upon my extensive background in law, business, planning, operations, law firm administration, and technology to guide the strategic efforts and daily operations. I work closely with the litigation department chairperson, C-Suite, practice group leaders, attorneys, administrators, senior leadership and business professionals in areas including budgeting, financial analysis, resource planning and management, and practice performance improvement. My focus is to enhance practice services, practice economics, and client experiences. I am a former member of the firm’s Finance and Wellness Committees.My day-to-day involves people, relationship building, daily operations, budget management, program and project management, attorney and practice management, operations, talent identification, data analysis, motivation, advising executive leadership, customer service, judgment, quality, innovation, and thinking strategically. Some of my key operational initiatives include resource allocation, process improvement, profitability analysis and financial monitoring, budgeting, lateral integration, among other things.
