Acting as a Projects Director reporting to the Store Development Director, responsible for coaching teams to successfully deliver multiple projects on time, within agreed cost limits, Client\'s expectations and requirements. Responsible for setting budgets and programmes at a strategic level for the team\'s Clients.Responsible for forging long term business relationships with all Harrods Directors, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities and neighbouring building owners adopting a collaborative approach for delivering multiple projects.Keeping a lessons learnt log with the aim of improving services and project delivery for Clients.Additionally responsible for managing contractors\' support team utilising a core team of professionals including Health + Safety Advisors, Clerks of Works, Pass Processing, Logistic Mangers, Facility Managers, Move Managers and Porters.Additional responsibilities of managing Project Information, Document Management and CAD team.Additional responsibilities for coaching teams to becoming chartered (RICS) or members of APM.Additional responsibility for organising CPD lectures for the team and business.Projects include:Harrods Beauty UK-Wide Rollout, On-going facade restoration of a grade 2* listed building, Building fabric maintenance scheduling, Food processing, Airport Retail Rollout, Distribution and Warehousing projects, Photovoltaic Farm, Power Generation, Fire Installation, Rooftop Events Pavilion, WI-FI Roll Out, Security HVM Bollards, Residential Cladding Replacement Re Building Safety Fund and Public Realm.
