Peopleware is a world-leading supplier of workforce management solutions via the cloud, which enables companies to optimise their staff planning and scheduling processes at a reduced cost. Peopleware supplies a cloud based SAS Workforce Management solution. My role is to help customers get the best out of the software and achieve ‘success’ by the using this product to its full potential. I am responsible for customers around the globe and my responsibilities include the following;• Understanding customer-specific problems in depth and providing expert solutions advice. • Translating customer requirements and business objectives into value propositions and solutions. • Advising customers on industry best practices and standards. • Preparing and running tailored presentations addressing specific customer needs.• Configuring, integrating, and delivering solutions within the customer’s environment. • Enabling customer adoption of features and continuously achieving value.• Continuously discovering new opportunities and positioning InVision as a solution partner.• Representing Peopleware in communities, trade shows and webinars.• Completing ROI and RFP documentation to present business benefits of our products. • Ensuring customers successfully complete the onboarding process, helping them achieve full user count potential by guiding them through set up and maintenance.• Intervening to address bad health indicators in a timely fashion, ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and become advocates for Peopleware.• Building deep relationships with relevant stakeholders and decision makers at our customers and prospects, always putting the customer value front and centre.
