As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at Vantage, I am dedicated to establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met while coordinating across various departments. This includes overseeing project support, construction reviews, data module fit-outs, customer onboarding, audits, operational support, performance reporting, and more. I collaborate closely with the Sales, Construction, and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.In my role, I work hand-in-hand with Vantage delivery teams, supporting them with immediate development needs and future customer-related activities. I ensure that all project deliverables align with customer requirements and that permit regulations are adhered to. I take charge of assessing any customer-requested changes, evaluating their impact on costs and schedules, and securing necessary approvals.I meticulously track and manage these changes, ensuring they are recorded, approved, and progressed efficiently. My role also involves regularly engaging with customers through scheduled meetings—both remote and in-person—to provide updates and insights on their project requests.In addition to customer management, I support and represent Vantage in various capacities, including conducting site tours, responding to inquiries, and providing evidence when needed. I contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes by developing documentation, process flow charts, and enhancing tools. Furthermore, I train and support delivery teams to ensure they fully understand and meet customer expectations and requirements.
