ABOUT MY ROLE:Sales Engineering to me is a combination of helping my prospects solution to achieve their desired business outcomes while making sure they are having a meaningful and frictionless experience along that journey. This results from having a combination of soft skills acquired through experience and product/technical skills in Automation and industry knowledge that is continuously being polished.Being a die-hard customer-centric CSM in the past has helped me understand client needs and how we can practically satisfy those needs in dynamic business environments. This experience has allowed me to visualize and convey the theoretical solutions I have already implemented with my clients to my prospects. These needs vary between my clients/prospects and are consistently evolving, and solving for these needs will forever be my favorite part of my role.Now having Delivery and Solutioning under the same umbrella guarantees accountability and Feedback learning that only improves how we paint the picture of a future state that is identical to the implemented outcome. There is no place to go from here but up. ABOUT ME: I am a bio-physiologist with a business mindset.Some skills chose me. Those are my talents: painting, fashion design, and creative writing. There are other skills that I chose. Those are the interests that I strive to perfect every day: strategic thinking in problem-solving, communication in teamwork, dedication in anything I do, and adaptability in adversity.My goal is to combine my talents and interests to excel in present and upcoming endeavors. By incorporating my ability to design to strategically think about marketing programs or by using my ability to use words aesthetically to communicate a clear plan with a team, I can successfully achieve my goals. Dedication and adaptability are the cherries on top because without being able to adapt to a constantly changing workplace and dedicate myself, my sundae of success is nothing but fudge. Thinking outside the box and seeing the bigger picture in theory and practice feeds my innovative mind to grow. Collaborating with different skill sets and diversifying myself makes me more valuable to myself and my community.Remember to always give back and embrace your skillset.
