Working with proactive approach in emerging trends like potential frauds, accuracy, staffing challenges and fix them. Reviewing control reports. Ensuring escalation of any identified risk & implementing actions and controls to safeguard bank without compromising on risk and services. Ensuring that daily, weekly & monthly verifications are effectively maintained and commitments towards our customers are met according the service quality scores. Assisting Branch Manager in the working and operating in high volume and timeline environment to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and customer demands. Resolution to customer queries/complaints, to ensure optimum productivity and high-quality customer service in order to provide a wide range of general banking services. Handling Account Opening conducting customer due diligence in order to verify the customers\' identity and assessing the risk involved.
