I am the Chief Data Science & Analytics Officer (CDAO) for Flipkart group (Flipkart, Cleartrip, Myntra, Shopsy, Jeeves) and am part of the executive leadership of Flipkart. The goal of my organisation is to drive more science and data based decision-making at Flipkart (both human decisions and machine-driven decisions). My team\'s impact spans all areas of the Business and Product/Technology functions. It includes customer growth/loyalty, customer experience, pricing, assortment, marketing, marketplace/seller growth, supply chain, inventory and logistics, fintech, product quality and profitability/productivity. Over the years, we have driven and had substantial impact on all major customer, top line and bottom line metrics. I have been at Flipkart since December 2014 with a 2 month break in 2017 (Sep to Nov).
