Ownership of technology delivery for 75+ Agile teams supporting 4 large Product Domains domains within Payments Line of Business in a globally distributed set-up with matrixed reporting structures. • Manages portfolio delivery valued at over $80M annually with 600+ resources aligned to the Domains from various disciplines such as tech, product, ops, commercialization, finance and business management (F & BM) etc. • Accountable for capacity management, workforce attrition, ramp projections for resourcing needs, sequencing of prioritized work, dependency management and overall tech delivery. • Serves as a single point of accountability for product and business partners on all technology delivery commitments. Advises them on optimal strategies to maximize business value delivery while threading the needle on constrained resources. • Responsible for planning the Quarterly Statement of Work (QSW) that the Domains’ commit to the LOB leadership team and Accountable for demonstrating the successful delivery of committed priorities during Quarterly Business Review sessions (QBRs) • Ensures tight collaboration across technology, strategy, product management, servicing and client readiness to drive outcomes • Drives strategic alignment, transparency, and governance for scope and funding decisions, supported end-to-end delivery, and was accountable for implementation and feature availability by committed dates. • Product Owner for Tech for Tech roadmap (Platform Wellness, Run The Engine, End of Life, Technology Lifecycle Changes etc.) for aligned applications to ensure the health and upkeep of these applications.
