Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, such as accounts payable and procurement, to rectify issues causing debit balances. Reporting: Providing regular reports on vendor debit balances and the status of resolution efforts, highlighting any significant issues or trends & sharing insights with relevant stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to minimize future instances of vendor debit balances.
