That experience has aided me in knowing my interest for Human resources. This interest combined with my studies has resulted in my passion for HR.Being an MBA student I had the opportunity make contacts. In my newly assumed role as People Systems Analyst within the People Operations (POps) team at Google, I will be viewing Workday from the perspective of a customer. As I commence this role, I will evaluate existing Workday configurations and provide support in resolving tickets. Additionally, I will be tasked with identifying any gaps in current processes and assisting in the development of system enhancements to address those gaps. Furthermore, I will be involved in supporting new feature releases and any enhancements to be implemented within Workday.My responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to identify new feature requests, architecting feature releases, understanding requirements, conducting impact analyses, building configurations, conducting testing, completing peer reviews, and deploying features into production.
