I am an enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 years of experience in new product development, primarily in the oil and gas industry, focusing on cementing and casing solutions. I’ve successfully contributed to the design and launch of products that improved operational performance, reliability, and field efficiency.My core strength lies in 3D modeling, assembly design, and drafting using SolidWorks, along with a solid grasp of GD & T for accurate and production-ready drawings. I back my designs with strong engineering fundamentals, including TBC thread shear calculations, burst and collapse pressure analysis, tensile strength evaluation, and tolerance stack-up analysis. This integration of design and analytical expertise enables me to deliver practical and robust engineering solutions.While SolidWorks is my primary tool, I also have a solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, Ansys, Abaqus, Creo, UGNX, and Autodesk Inventor.
