Manage all aspects of multiple projects to ensure the overall IT program is aligned to change governance and supports the bank’s commitment to Consumer Duty Regulation. Reporting status of the IT deliverables to the Steering and Wholesale IT Portfolio committees. Initiation of new projects, approving forecasts, and Budget Control Gaining sponsorship commitment from the accountable exec and the IT portfolios committee on a quarterly basis and contributing to Financial Planning, Business Case Submission Review Weekly status reports prepared by the Product Owners or the Project Managers and provide program-level support in RAiD management. Participate in workshops with Risk, Legal, Product Owners, and Business Change in identifying the services that require technical remediation across 4 work streams and ensuring technical resources are lined in cross-functional areas to meet Business Objectives and Regulatory Timeline Manage work of direct reports in servicing channels, 3rd parties, and technology areas.
