I work closely with clients throughout the lifecycle, from initial product demonstrations and solution design to implementation and ongoing support.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement:•Act as a primary point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships to understand their HR processes and challenges.•Conduct product demonstrations and facilitate workshops to illustrate product capabilities.2. Solution Design and Configuration:•Analyze client requirements and recommend configurations or customizations that best address their needs within the HRMS platform.•Design workflows, reporting, and analytics to enhance efficiency and compliance in HR operations.3. Implementation and Training:•Lead or support implementation efforts, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.•Provide training sessions for end-users and administrators to empower them to use the system effectively.4. Product Expertise and Support:•Stay updated on HRMS product features, updates, and industry trends to deliver the best solutions.•Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with the technical team to resolve them efficiently.5. Client Success and Optimization:•Monitor system usage, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for clients to further optimize HR operations.•Assist clients with best practices, leveraging data and analytics for informed HR decision making.
