From my earliest days in finance, I’ve always been drawn to one big question: How can Finance do more than just report the numbers - and instead help shape the future of a business?That question has guided me through a 15+ year career in consulting, where I now serve as a Director at PwC Consulting. I work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to transform the way Finance operates - making it more insightful, data-driven, and AI-enabled. I’ve had the opportunity to lead complex transformation programmes for some of the world’s most recognisable brands, helping them rethink strategy, modernise their operating models, and implement ERP and EPM systems that drive real business impact.But my journey hasn’t been limited to client strategy and transformation. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I launched NextGen Enterprise - a virtual entrepreneurial programme for 10–15 year olds. What started as a small idea to keep kids engaged at home turned into a vibrant learning experience for over 100 students, many of whom came back for more. It reminded me that innovation and leadership can start at any age, and often in the most unexpected ways.Outside of consulting, I’ve had the chance to give back through roles that I care deeply about. I’ve served on the CIMA Research & Development Panel, contributing to the future of management accounting; and supported my local community as a School Governor - where I was proud to be part of the school’s improvement journey from ‘Requires Improvement’ to ‘Good’.Along the way, I’ve earned a First-Class Honours degree in Accounting & Finance, qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA), and completed the Executive Leadership Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to energetic twin boys who are obsessed with Lego, zoos, and all things aviation. I enjoy a good round of golf, support Arsenal through the highs and lows, and have a passion for global travel - having explored over 35 countries and speaking four languages.In all that I do, I’m driven by a belief that leadership is about showing up with purpose, putting people first, and staying endlessly curious.
