Developed and currently executing plan for delivery of new foam technology to the Dragonfly lander including the end to end lifecycle to support delivery to the Dragonfly flight I&T in 2026.• Performed 10 spacecraft lifts and 6 overturning operations to support IMAP.• Leads and collaborates on spacecraft component installation operations including instruments during the integration and testing phase.• Leads and coordinates the development of mechanical systems requirements, interfaces, and other program level documents that define and guide mechanical systems development processes.• Assists flight and mission system engineers in developing the mechanical systems that support the missions• Leads and manages trade studies and ensures the mechanical systems and sub-systems will meet program schedule and reliability requirements.• Leads and manages mechanical system design reviews and present materials at peer reviews and all major program reviews including Dragonfly Thermal-Mechanical and Foam subsystem CDR.• Works alongside sub-system leads to develop environmental test plans and procedures.• Attends and participates in launch system integration meeting and reviews• Oversees the bus structure design and fabrication tasks• Provides inputs to develop sufficient staffing, schedules and budgets to support testing activities and spacecraft integration and testing activities • Leads the development of handling procedures and mechanical support equipment as required to lift, move, integrate and transport high value aerospace hardware on site and shipments to support launch site operations. • Collaborate with proposal team of diverse engineering specialties in the generation of spaceflight proposals for various sponsors.
