Ravi is a senior delivery and transformation leader with 17+ years of experience across Energy & Utilities and Insurance, working at the intersection of plant operations, predictive analytics, and large-scale digital delivery.A significant part of his career was spent with Black & Veatch, supporting global utility clients across thermal power, wind, solar, and water portfolios in the US, EMEA, and India. His work focused on building and scaling asset management and monitoring & diagnostics services using IIoT data, Advanced Pattern Recognition (APR), and predictive models to improve reliability and availability of large, asset-heavy systems.Ravi led technical and operational due diligence for new utility clients, assessing plant readiness, historian coverage, data quality, cybersecurity constraints, and O&M maturity to support deal qualification and onboarding decisions. He also ran the transition from pre-sales to delivery, defining data ingestion plans, team ramp-ups, governance cadence, and KPIs, while ensuring live plant operations remained stable.He owned end-to-end predictive analytics delivery across boilers, turbines, mills, boiler feed pumps, ESPs, and balance-of-plant systems, scaling deployments from a single 660 MW unit to full thermal fleets and later into wind and solar portfolios. In renewables, he aligned inverter performance, availability losses, and weather-normalised insights with daily O&M decisions. Working closely with plant GMs, asset directors, and reliability leaders, he translated analytics into practical actions tied to availability, heat rate, cost, and maintenance KPIs.In recent years, Ravi has moved into senior delivery and PMO leadership roles, leading governed, multi-vendor digital programs for UK and US insurance clients. His scope spans platforms such as Appian, RPA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and SAP-adjacent systems, covering automation, workflow redesign, UAT, release readiness, and go-live governance.Across domains, Ravi is known for bringing structure to complex delivery environments, staying close to risks and ground realities, and giving leadership clear visibility on execution.
