Ravish Kumar is the Founder and CEO of Digital Sync Technologies and Services Pvt Limited. He is an industrial digitalization veteran with over two decades of experience in the field. He has contributed to more than 27 patents and authored numerous research papers.Before founding Digital Sync, Ravish worked at Airtel as a General Manager, where he played a pivotal role in developing business cases for Private 5G technology in the industrial domain, designing massive IoT-scale architectures for advanced metering infrastructure, and creating architectures for telecom IoT SIM management platforms.Ravish began his career with ABB, where he spent 15 years in various roles, including Global Technology Product Manager, Head of the OT Adapter Development Team, and Senior Research Scientist. He was instrumental in architecting and developing cloud-agnostic Industrial IoT platforms for ABB\'s Process Automation Division. His work focused on industrial communication protocols, innovation, and leading R&D teams to drive new product development.His core expertise includes industrial communication protocols, Private 5G, operational Excellence,device integration, Industrial IoT, edge analytics, and TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking). He has developed IoT edge solutions that support cloud-connected, offline, and hierarchical connection modes. Ravish also has extensive hands-on experience with ABB systems such as ABB 800xA, ABB Symphony Plus, and software like Aspentech, OSI PI, CPM Plus, and Genix.Additionally, he has expertise in microservices, Docker, Azure IoT Hub, Timescale Database, and communication protocols such as OPC UA, OPC DA, Modbus, HART, Profibus, IEC 61850, Foundation Fieldbus, REST, MQTT, and AMQP.
