I began my Karate journey in 2003 at the Japan Karate Association (JKA), Delhi Headquarters, as a passionate and disciplined white belt. What started as an intense curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong commitment. Over the years, through relentless practice, dedication, and a deep respect for the art, I earned my black belt and embraced the deeper philosophies of traditional Shotokan Karate.As I progressed, I was given the opportunity to teach at the same dojo that shaped me; an honor and responsibility I hold with pride. Training under the guidance of experienced Senseis and mentoring students of all age groups, I have helped many discover their inner strength, improve discipline, and push beyond their physical and mental limits.Throughout my journey, I have competed in numerous dojo, state, and national-level tournaments in both Kata (form) and Kumite (sparring); earning multiple medals, including gold, silver, and several bronze.Karate is not just a sport for me; it’s a way of life that continues to guide my approach to fitness, teaching, and personal growth. It has shaped not just my body, but my character. It continues to influence my coaching philosophy and my belief that anyone can rise above limits with the right guidance and mindset.
