   Global platform lead role responsible for end to end ownership and delivery of bank’s Operational Risk systems. As part of cloud first strategy, re-architected and simplified the operational risk technology landscape by right selection amongst market leading SaaS solutions - IBM OpenPages. As part of the the transformation have migrated 12 disparate systems into a single holistic cloud solution and decommissioning the legacy systems leading to substantial reduction in platform TCO. Responsbile for managing multi million pound platform budget to deliver Transformation, Change and Run the bank operations.As part of new ways of working, my role as a lean agile leader required to influence mindsets of business partners, global technology and support teams to bring them together to operate as an effective cross functional teams focussed on delivering effective and efficient business outcomes. Reduced cycle time for releases by employing agile practices, test automation, instilling DevOps culture and toolsets.
