These API’s provide merchant matching capabilities and provide historical metrics for the merchant. This helps the lenders to make informed decisions for extending credit to small businesses.As part of financial inclusion objective of Mastercard developed the Micro Credit Program (MCP). This program provides a platform for the small merchants, wholesalers and financial institutions. This helps small merchants get access to credit for managing their cash flow.Partnering with regions, regulatory affairs, subject matter experts and product teams for successful launch of the product in the market.
