My role involves managing managers, distinguished engineers, and machine learning experts to strengthen the foundational components of the Azure AI Core. I built this organization from the ground up at IDC, shaping its vision, end-to-end experiences, and platform strategy while overseeing site-facing operations, on-call pods, and cross-functional initiatives.My journey has evolved from a distinguished individual contributor to a strategic leader, driving multiple high-impact initiatives across Microsoft, Walmart, Oracle and GE.
