   Working as Operations and Maintenance Engineer in cryogenic Oxygen and Nitrogen production Air separation unit. Maintain plant production depending on demand.Start up and shutdown of Pump, heater, Air compressor, warm turbine & cold production turbine using by YOKOGAWA DCS and Siemens PLC system.Operating the entire plant from control room using DCS.Controlling the cooling water parameters within theaccepted range to get efficient heat transfer from CT.Preparation of the production Report.Preparation of any Deviation report in plant operation.Report preparation for quarterly production audit for efficiency and process improvements.Material balance and maintain data for daily production report in e-Logbook and in internal documents. Practiced LOX & LIN Loading of cryogenic liquid in the tanker with following all necessary safety precautions.Waste water treatment and ETP plant start-up and shutdown, preventive maintenance plan for each unit and equipment.
