I joined Lucid Motors, initially, as an intern in the Exteriors and Lighting team and then as Technical Project Analyst in the Vehicle testing team. Here, I am responsible for program management of Lucid Air Sapphire’s vehicle level validation. I led test trip planning and execution, optimized resource allocation/utilization & oversaw vehicle testing Jira project operations. I kicked off my career at Daimler Trucks Asia’s Lifecycle Management division, first in the Powertrain team and later in the heavy-duty trucks team. Due to my time at Lucid and Daimler, I became proficient in Critical thinking, Structured problem solving, Project planning, Project execution, Change management, Data analytics and visualization, Series management, Executive reporting and parts management. As a core value-centered individual, I incorporate some of the central values that I came across in life into the fabric of my personality and workstyle. My long-term goal is to focus on Project Management, Supply Chain and Data driven decision making, in order to become a highly competent cross-functional leader in the E-mobility industry.
