About Ravi Pandey
Working as Software Engineering Lead/Architect for image and text based classification which enables Amazon businesses with no ML/Software knowledge to use machine leanring models for classifying products at amazon catalog scale. Proven expertise in architecting and delivering large scale distributed systems with hands on experience in coding, defining requirements, managing cross team projects and leading/mentoring technical teams. I have in-depth understanding for various AWS tech stacks, SQL/NoSQL databases, PySpark, Pandas and programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, C++/C as well as image and text based ML model building ecosystems using transformer and deep neural networks models. Worked for various optimization algorithms(NP hard problems) like constrained based shorted path routing, goal based routing, expanded routing, bin packing and graph coloring. Formulated some of hard network optimization/modeling problem through the integer linear equations using Cplex tool and it gave significant advantage in comparison with the heuristic based algorithms in term of optimality and resources.
