ABOUT RAVIN PILLAY RAMSAMY

Global industrial services executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and the Americas.I currently serve as Division President, Services and Executive Committee Member at Sulzer, leading a global services business that represents the majority of the Group’s aftermarket revenues and cash generation. My focus is on setting clear strategic direction, scaling profitable growth, strengthening operational excellence, and building high-performing leadership teams across diverse markets.Over the course of my career, I have led complex multi-country organizations through growth, turnarounds, and operating-model transformation. This includes redesigning global structures to better align with market maturity and growth potential, accelerating services and aftermarket platforms, executing selective acquisitions, and deploying capital with discipline to unlock capacity and long-term value creation.I have held senior P&L leadership roles across EMEA and Asia-Pacific, delivered sustained double-digit growth with improving profitability, and led large, distributed teams in both mature and high-growth environments. A consistent priority throughout my leadership journey has been safety, culture, and execution discipline as the foundation for sustainable performance.I hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School, a Master’s degree in Management and Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am bilingual in English and French and hold dual US and Mauritian citizenship.
