Key Responsibilities-Responsible for the day to day management of the Meter Assurance contract and provision of the services-Carry out and manage technical assurance audits on metering systems including full end to end desk based audits and site audits-Monitoring and reporting of performance against the agreed service levels-Liaison with EMRS and to ensure the smooth co-ordination and delivery of the services-Provision of metering technical training to Siemens engineers, National Grid Engineers and EMRS metering team-Provide expert technical support to the Meter Operator Agent (MOA) team, enhancing operational reliability-Review internal quality processes and metering documentation for customer projects-Prepare and submit necessary documentation via the TAAMT tool for Technical Assurance Audits (TAA) conducted by Elexon-Assess non-compliances identified by TAA, developing and implementing rectification plans-Calculate compensations and manage complex mapping arrangements for metering systems-Generate detailed customer reports summarizing the health and performance of metering systems-Review and ensure the accuracy of Risk Assessments and Method Statements required for site visits.
