Having professional experience of 30+years in Accounts, Commercial & Insurance area of Electrical Manufacturing (Battery Charger,Electronics Energy Meter) and EPC (Power Distribution,Sub Station,Transmission and Railway Electrification) Projects.Presently working with VIKRAN Engineering And Exim Pvt Ltd. and worked with various organisation- Isolux Corsan India Engineering Pvt Ltd, EMCO Ltd. and Chhabi Electricals Pvt Ltd. Key Result Area -Sales and Commercial-• Overseeing & Controlling, Accounting for a large number (25-30 no’s) of EPC projects of Water and Power Distribution, Sub- Stations, Transmission Line and Railway Electrification Project Sites on PAN India Basis.• E-invoicing, Claims, and Receivables Control includes periodically visiting and dealing with regional/customer offices for reconciling receivable and resolving issues pertaining to old receivable.• Follow-up with respective project sites and head office teams for timely issuance of e-invoices, retention and price variation/ escalation claims on receipt of customer authorized MRC/MRHOVC/JMC/MB to ensure timely closing daily/monthly sales activities, as well as archiving organizational targets.• Effective Contracts Managements/ Contracts Administration. Study and analyze all commercial terms and conditions of new projects.• Assist project teams in contract management and in fulfilling post contract obligations of various contracts under execution.• Monitoring and Managing Projects Cash inflow.• Weekly collection follows up / correspondence with site / clients.• Providing detailed analysis of receivable statements, which includes state wise, project wise, invoice/claim wise aging wise report.• Keeping project wise track of billed (WIP) and unbilled inventory, tracking of material consumption/reconciliation statements.• Providing monthly receivable statements for banking authority.• Providing project wise BOQ wise balance revenue and balance direct cost to work out balance revenue as per AS-7.• Coordinating with statutory auditors/internal auditors and Banking auditor (ASM) for completing audits. Obtaining necessary certificates required for tendering and other purposes.• Keeping control over Site accountant.• Tracking of ABG, PBG and EMD.• Co-coordinating with execution team on regular basis to get back withheld claims, reimbursement tax compliance and etc.Achievements: Completed Sales Tax Assessment under VAT. Settled various of types of insurance claims under EAR, Marine,Workmen Compensation and Director and Officer\'s policies.
