Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and quality to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions via RCA process. Regularly conduct layered process audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and participate in internal/ external audits.4. Develop and maintain process related standard operating procedures (SOPs) and CBA documents for operations and ensure their proper implementation. Initiate process change management though NOC system. Provide technical support and guidance to production, addressing process-related queries and issues via MITS. Lead or contribute to process-related projects, including process improvement and optimizations and new product development. Collaborate with research and development teams to identify the failure modes in welding, annealing, galvanizing, and coating processes implement new/ updated process parameters to enhance product quality and reduce delays. Apply engineering principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer, to analyze and optimize the continuous hot dip galvanizing process. Perform data analysis using statistical tools to identify trends, correlations, and root causes of process variations and defects. Facilitate and prepare RCA documentation, monthly quality reports, and documentation related to process design/parameters modifications, and improvement projects.
