Empowering Education, Transforming FuturesI have had the privilege of leading the \"Road to School\" project in 136 government schools across Rajasthan, ensuring quality education reaches children at the grassroots level. Program Implementation & Monitoring: Supervised and evaluated school-level activities conducted by 34 school facilitators (SRPs & RPs) in Alwar. Government & Stakeholder Coordination: Worked closely with CDEO, ADPC, APC, CBEO, and PO at the District Samagra Shiksha Office to align the project with government initiatives. Budget & Resource Management: Oversaw the district-level budget to ensure effective program implementation. Capacity Building & Training: Conducted workshops on Gender Sensitization, FLN, and Teacher-Led Models, equipping educators with the skills needed for sustainable impact. Collaboration & Advocacy: Coordinated with partner organizations, school principals, District Magistrates, and the Department of Education (Siksha Sankul, Jaipur) for policy alignment and long-term project sustainability. On-Ground Problem Solving: Regularly conducted field visits to address challenges faced by facilitators and implement localized, sustainable solutions.Being a part of this initiative has reinforced my belief in the power of education to drive change.
