To investigate Laboratory incidents, OOS with hypothesis study and prepare a file note for all investigation related to the section with final conclusion and closure of the same.To initiate and implement the CAPA related to deviations, OOS and Laboratory incidents.To initiate change controls, preparation of SOPS (Operation & procedure) related the section.To impart the training on SOPs, GMP/technical subjects to all the concerned personnel including new entrants.To prepare monthly report and monthly productivity data.Good understanding of regulatory guidelines, ICH and 21 CFR, correct interpretation and implementation of the same in actual practice. Very familiar with Empower-3, Chemistation, Caliber LIMS, SAP, ERP, DMS & Necheleon Software.Proficient in review of finished product, Stability as well as raw-materials analytical documents.Expertise in operation and calibration of instruments used as analytical aid.
