Responsibilities include:*Collect data on the activities in the and 60695 funds on a weekly and monthly basis and analyzes for accuracy to ensure monthly financial reporting provided to management is correct.*Analyze the bi-annual STIP data to ensure the appropriate allocation is updated in the 60695Assessment Fund.*Review self-insurance deposit account coding that the deposit desk will use for entry into the Statewide Financial System (SFS)*Examine the requests for self-insurance payment requests, both bulk and manual in SFS.*Review, analyze, and track files submitted by Third Party Administrators (TPA\'s).*Ensure files submitted by TPA\'s are timely, complete, and accurate.*Monitor approved spending by the TPA\'s for Special Funds and Self-Insurance and review the expenditures to identify differences, and determine reasons for the differences, and work collaboratively with the Workers\' Compensation Board\'s program staff, Finance Office, and TPA\'s to resolve, so the reports can be approved timely.*Run various reports and queries in SFS.*Perform monthly general ledger journal entries.
