Processing and auditing client data in payroll system.(PeopleSoft Application) Responsible for setting up Federal, State and Locality taxes. Report generation in excel by VLOOKUP’s, Count if and sorting process. Working on service request with complete research received in Siebel application. Maintain regular tab on updates of tax setups from onshore team (US Team) through emails and biweekly calls. Update employee’s personal and job details via Workday and PeopleSoft tool that defines the type of transaction (for example, Hire, Rehire, Pay Rate Change, Termination). Works on daily reconciliation tax files with accuracy. Trained on WORKDAY tool.
