Experienced business leader with more than a decade and half experience with the ITES / BPO industry out of which the last 10 plus years in setting up and leading business process services for Global clients in Finance and Accounting domain. I have a passion for technology and the positive impact it creates in business transformation and process improvements. This passion led me to up skill myself in Analytics and Machine Learning. I\'m a post graduate in Business Analytics and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt. In my previous role, I was the Service Delivery leader responsible for Cognizant’s BFSI service line supporting (IB) Investment banking clients – Finance and Middle office functions. I joined Cognizant in late 2010 and was instrumental in scaling up the finance and middle office functions making it the lead go to market engine for Cognizant. I partnered with the sales and account management teams in winning two new deals in the IB space. My peers recognise me for domain knowledge, analytical mind set, EQ, strong executive presence, ability to challenge the status quo and my ability to influence senior executives, both internally and externally. I\'m very effective in maintaining excellent working relationships across levels, external clients and partners. This has helped me seamlessly navigate through conflicting situations enabling a win-win situations for the parties involved. Of the many strengths I possess, my USP is strong people leadership skills. I have succesfully built and led large and diversified teams working from multiple locations. I mentored and coached several talented Delivery managers whose successful careers began as members of my team.I consistently ranked in the top 10% on performance management and the ability to take on more responsibilities earned me promotions once in every two years.Few of the awards I received at the BPS level include - Best Team, Client Impact Champion, Business Excellence and Customer Excellence.Areas of Expertise:1.
