The curriculum can be designed in a different perspective from different people but the best curriculum includes and teaches what a society needed and it represents the vision of the future society. Designing such curriculum is a most serious work for a curriculum developer; a curriculum developer holds the complete future of that generation. The curriculum developer should carefully design and state the intended learning outcomes and the process of guiding the students learning process can be little changed based on the availability of the resources and the classroom strength. The learning process cannot be constrained or limited to set of teaching methodologies or one person\'s idea. Learning should happen anywhere and anytime, so while designing the curriculum the developer should have the broader scope for student’s imaginations. The whole curriculum should be student’s centric and nonstructured learning process when it is broken down into syllabus- into subjects -into topics and into lessons, there should be creative achievements from the students rather than just getting the grades Any curriculum developer should have a very much clear flow of the learning objectives at each level of the curriculum. In this 21st-century education system technology is having a very prominent role; the curriculum developer should know to develop a well-balanced technology blended curriculum. To serve the today\'s Voracious students educational technologies plays a very vital role. So, as a curriculum developer, we should plan and designed in such a way that without giving more importance technology and without neglecting the core contents we have to develop a well-balanced global curriculum. Virtual Reality is the only technology which helps the curriculum developer to develop a very well balanced global curriculum.
