Law Graduate with 24yrs of exposure in land acquisition, liaison, Project HR, Admin, R&R, IR. Social & health development projects, stakeholder management, corporate affairs, institution building, CSR & sustainability programs. Excellent exposure in due-diligence process of land documentation and land acquisition process, Led Land Acquisition Team and managed land acquisition (Pvt. land direct Purchase/acquisition, government & Forest land allotment, CA land, SC/ST land & approx.10K Acres.). Led Project HR functions in different projects. Developed strategy and organised successful SIA, Gram Sabha, and Public Hearing, environment clearances for green field/brown project. Developed comprehensive strategy for planning & designing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PIP, Rehabilitation & Resettlement (RnR) plan, stakeholder management, coordination with government officials, Ministry level officials, political leaders, Panchayati Raj institutions, civil Society Organization and Media. Played a vital role in successful completion and commissioning of 1200MW, TPP of MB Power (Madhya Pradesh) Limited. Handled projects under GoMP Health & Family Welfare Department, National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). Rich experience in monitoring & evaluation of the projects, identifying the gaps and application of corrective measures in line of achieving business goals.
