Responsible for acquiring new Payment & Collection, CMS merchants for the bank Managing different products like QR, POS, Bizpay, Plugin, as per merchant requirement and maintaining high customer service standard Focusing on ‘profile-based selling’ approach, for bundling of value added products/services such as Payment gateway solutions, Doorstep banking. Responsible for resourcing, training, customer retention, setting up sales activities Driving & monitoring productivity of mapped Solution Managers (SMs) & Relationship Officers (ROs) Keeping records on daily/monthly basis of the product/services issued to the merchants Ensuring the sales team are implementing and adhering to the parameter for processing merchant’s all applications Ensuring proactive customer migration to direct banking channels, such as Net Banking, Phone Banking, depending on need and transaction preference. Maintain continuous customer engagement through visits/contacts, and proactively resolve customer issues / queries. Keep up to date with product knowledge to provide suitable advice to the merchant, Responsible for taking decisions that are cost effective and generate revenue through existing as well as new merchants. Making action plans and strategize for developing inter-departmental synergies in order to tap in business opportunities through cross sell Focusing in deeper market penetration in the given geography and maintaining good relationship with customers Interacting and Meeting with external vendors on regular basis for ensuring smooth functioning of the services/products.
