Liaise with the Project Managers, Contract Administrator, and clients on daily basis. • Processing progress billing, change orders, submittals, RFI/RFQ, change directives, leading site meetings, preparation of minutes, and providing guidance to field staff in relation to construction contract documents. • Submitting DPR (Daily Progress Report), Quality Control Reports, Productivity Reports and Timely reviews as required on projects & attending the review meetings with management and clients as required. • Quantities take-off for estimation using Plan swift and excel and preparing data sheets for quotations. • Submission of material samples to the clients along with data sheets and assessment papers. • Tracking the projects performance related to Cost, Schedule, and Performance index, which may require onsite inspection. • Notifying the client prior, if any extra work to be done or out Scope work must be performed and get approved which will be reflected in progress billing. • Co-ordinate with the Field Team on site to ensure timely delivery of materials and availability of updated drawings, thereby reducing work delays. • Generating Purchase Orders (PO) and managing invoices, preparing cost sheets to be submitted with Statutory Declaration for progress billing for accounts department • Preparing the method statements & Risk Assessments for various activities carried out on site. • To ensure that the works is Inspected by the Consultant & Client and proper documents are provided.
