Ravinder is a Consultant in KPMG’s Major Projects Advisory team with over 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Consulting and Project Management. He has played a lead role in improving project delivery and meeting critical requirements across both aviation and renewable energy programs, specializing in Project Controls, PMO governance, BIM Implementation, and advanced construction monitoring technologies. He has overseen the full lifecycle of complex capital projects from engineering, procurement, construction, testing & commissioning, ORAT, and handover in airport programs, to planning, civil works, mechanical assembly, erection, commissioning, and handover in wind projects exceeding 690 MW capacity.
