ABOUT RAVINDER SINGH JOHAL

I am a consultant Head of Legal Services for in-house legal departments. I have over 20 years post qualification experience and a strong background in real estate redevelopment, planning and highways, contract, public procurement and construction matters.I am very entrepreneurial looking for ways to save my clients\' time and money and process driven so as to ensure projects are delivered on time.i have a proven track record of completing all elements of Real Estate redevelopment Projects from land assembly to completion of construction contracts- making compulsory purchase orders to assistlocal authorities in the acquisition of land for redevelopment of residential estates- development agreements and building agreements with National developers to build new commercial, residential estates and mixed use developments- agreements for sale of land conditional on grant of planning permission- funding agreements with public bodies to facilitate redevelopment -disposal of school playing fields to facilitate sale of land to national developer for construction of two residential blocks and construction of new public square and community centre- regeneration of residential estate with commercial units by advising and assisting on decant programme to acquire existing leasehold interests, preparing full title report on the whole estate, advising on issues which may affect procurement of the development partner such as state aid, completed conditional agreements for lease- collaboration agreements to govern the funding and management of projects- advising on the set up of frameworks to deliver effective procurement of goods and services and works to assist high profile capital projects
