With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing of consumer durables, EV and automobiles, I am a seasoned leader and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt with a passion for operational excellence, quality, and safety. I have worked in leading OEMs such as LG Electronics, Yamaha, Tata Motors, Mahindra and Mahindra, JCB, and Hero, where I have successfully managed green field projects, production planning, warehouse operations, and incident investigations.Currently, I am heading the operations and projects for XCMG India, a global manufacturer of heavy excavators, where I am responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final assembly and delivery. I am also in charge of ensuring the compliance with EHS standards, optimizing the production capacity and efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. My goal is to leverage my expertise in manufacturing, project management, and safety to contribute to the growth and profitability of XCMG India and its customers.
