COSTCO - MDCMS Change Management Implementation & Support-Costco change management replacement project focuses on replacing existing Turnover CMS with Industry leader CMS tool which is Mid-Range Dynamics which is next gen tool for change management system for moving Legacy code deployment and next gen technologies. Existing Turnover CMS has lots of in-house customizations for COSTCO to ensure that only intended changes are deployed in production. In CMS, there are lots of exits programs which takes care of scrutinizing codes and data to make sure implementation is as per SOX control. • Managed a team to migrate Turnover CMS to Mid-Range Dynamics tool for improved change management system.• Developed and implemented customizations for Costco to ensure accurate deployment of changes in production.
