Global Delivery Head at TCS – Heading delivery for a large Hi Tech customer relationship of USD 180 M.In this role, Ravinder is responsible for E2E delivery and operations for a large customer relationship including Strategy, Digital Transformation, RFP Support, Talent Development, Financial Metrics and Operations. He consistently delivered>96% CSI with 2X growth over the years driven through a well-crafted delivery framework consisting of Microsoft Academy, Engineering Excellence and Architecture, Innovation & Transformation (AIT) CoE.Prior to this, Ravinder was a delivery leader for the Product Engineering portfolio where he played a pivotal role in expanding TCS’ footprint in the customer’s Cloud and Enterprise organization. He led several key initiatives such as Cloud Migration, Agile and Devops transformation, Combined Engineering and User Experience.Ravinder joined TCS in 1998 and has since played multiple roles from Developer, Technical Lead, Architect, Delivery Manager and Global Delivery Head(current). He architected and delivered multiple complex and large products/solutions - A multi-terabyte BI solution for advertising business, An Enterprise scale multi-locale product, A mobile solution for the field force.Ravinder graduated from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh in 1998, with bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication. He lives with his wife and two daughters in Pune. Outside work, he loves running and cycling with multiple Full and Half Marathons under his belt. He still enjoys coding for pleasure in his spare time.
